Anonymous Call Rejection

Allows the subscriber to reject private numbers. With this service, if the caller does not allow their number to be recognized, they will hear a recorded announcement telling them the number they have reached is not accepting calls from private numbers.

Call Forward - Busy

Allows a subscriber to have incoming calls forwarded to another number when the called number is busy. The alternate number can be any dialable number and can be modified only at the central office. If alternate location is not a free call, the subscriber will be billed for each call diverted.

Call Forward - Do Not Answer

Allows a subscriber to have all calls forwarded to another number if the subscriber does not answer after a preset number of rings.

Call Forwarding

Permits transfer of all incoming calls automatically to any dialable number, whether the called line is busy or idle. If the alternate number is not a free call the customer will be billed for each call forwarded.

Cost: $2.50 per month.

Call Logging

Allows a subscriber to have all calls logged. This must be set up at the main office at request of the customer.

Call Waiting

A distinctive tone informs the telephone user that another call is incoming. By briefly depressing the hookswitch, the user will be connected to the second caller while holding the first. Subsequent depressions of the hookswitch will allow the user to alternate between callers.

Cost: $2.50 per month.

Caller ID

Allows for the automatic delivery of a calling party's name and telephone number (including non-published and non-listed numbers) to the called customer, which gives the called customer an opportunity to decide whether to answer the call immediately or not. If the caller's number is blocked, the name and number will not be displayed or may say that the call is anonymous or restricted. Requires compatible customer provided equipment.

Cost: $5.50 per month.

Caller ID Blocking - Per Call

Allows a subscriber to temporarily block delivery of his/her name and number when calling someone with Caller ID capabilities.

Caller ID Blocking - Per Line

Permanently blocks delivery of a customer's name and number when calling someone with Caller ID capabilities. Call information will display that the customer is anonymous or restricted. This block can be temporarily deactivated by the customer on a per call basis (see Caller ID Unblocking - Per Call).

Caller ID Unblocking - Per Call

Allows a subscriber who has Caller ID Blocking - Per Line to temporarily unblock delivery of his/her name and number when calling someone with Caller ID capabilities.

Caller ID on Call Waiting

Allows the subscriber to identify who is calling while on the telephone. A phone that has the capability of Caller ID on Call Waiting in required.

Cost: $2.00 per month.

Cancel Call Waiting

Allows the subscriber to temporarily cancel Call Waiting before or during one telephone call.

Distinctive Ringing

Allows a subscriber to receive a Distinctive Ringing signal. If the called line is idle, a Distinctive Ringing signal will be heard. If the called line is busy, the called line receives a Call Waiting tone. Useful with fax machines that have distinctive ring capabilities.

Cost: $3.50 per month.

Long Distance Block or Toll Restriction

Allows the subscriber to restrict the ability to call long distance numbers from their telephone line.

Cost: $2.50 per month.

Message Waiting Light

Combined with Voice Mail, allows the subscriber to have a light that is on the customer-provided telephone to be lit if there is a voice mail message.

Cost: $1.00 per month.

Non-Listed

If a customer chooses their phone number to be non-listed, it will not be published in the phone directory or phone book, but will be displayed on customers' phones who have Caller ID capabilities.

Cost: $3.00 per month.

Non-Published

If a customer chooses their phone number to be non-published, it will not be published in the phone directory or phone book and will also have Caller ID Blocking - Per line added to prevent it from showing up on Caller Id capable devices.

Cost: $4.00 per month.

Remote Control Forwarding

Allows the subscriber to activate or deactivate call forwarding from any touchtone phone anywhere, anytime through the use of a special area-wide access number and a personal PIN number, both assigned by the Telephone Company.

Cost: $5.00 per month.

Selective Call Acceptance

Allows subscribers to specify a list of numbers from which they are willing to accept calls. Calls from numbers not contained on the list are routed to an appropriate announcement.

Cost: $2.00 per month.

Selective Call Forwarding

Permits the subscriber to create a list of calling numbers that are to be call forwarded. If a call is received from a number on the screening list, the call is forwarded to the designated forward-to number. All other calls are treated normally.

Selective Call Rejection

Allows subscribers to specify a list of numbers from which they do not wish to accept calls. Calls from numbers contained on the list are routed to an appropriate announcement. All other calls will be treated normally.

Teen Line

Allows the subscriber to have a secondary phone number which rides on the same line as the primary number. This number is usually given a Distinctive Ring to distinguish it from the primary number. Useful for kids and/or fax machines.

Cost: $6.99 per month.

Three-Way Calling

Allows a subscriber to add a third party into an existing conversation.

Cost: $2.50 per month.

Toll Restriction with Access Code

Allows the subscriber to control long distance calling. In order to make a long distance call, a five (5) digit access code assigned by the phone company must be dialed before the long distance number.

Cost: $2.00 per month.

Voice Mail

Allows callers to leave a messages if the line called is busy or does not answer. The user can then retrieve and listen to messages at their convenience. See manti.com/phone for different package options and pricing.

Cost: Starts at $3.95 per month.

Voice Mail to Email

Allows the subscriber to have a copy of all voicemails sent to a designated email address. The subscriber can then download and listen to their voicemails on their device.

Voice Mail Online Portal

Allows subscriber to view, access, and manage their voicemails online via a web portal. User must set up a login and password to access their account.

Wire Maintenance

Covers the cost of repairing or replacing existing phone lines at a customer's premise. Does not cover installation of new jacks or wiring to new jacks.

Cost: $2.00 per month.

*57 Call Trace

Allows a subscriber to have the last incoming number automatically traced. The results of the trace are not provided directly to the subscriber; they are output to the telephone company. The subscriber and/or law enforcement can also request the telephone company to trace incoming calls.

*66 Continuous Redial

Allows the subscriber who calls a busy number to dial an access code to be alerted, by way of a distinctive ring, when the number is no longer busy. When the user picks up their phone, they will be connected automatically to the previously busy number.

*69 Last Call Return

Allows the subscriber to automatically return a call to the number of the phone that last called. By dialing the access code, the callback feature will automatically dial the last calling number.
